I feel like Joe Biden is qualified to be president. He's been working in politics for a long time and knows all the problems. I don't mind that he's a gaffe machine, it makes him more likable. I definitely agree that we cannot have four more years of what we have now.
I agree that Biden should be president because he admitted that he has not always been correct about his actions, but he was honest about his role in the Anita Hill hearings, the crime bill, etc. The moderator asked Biden, "...Who wants to wake up at 6 a.m. for the next two years and get insults from the President of the United States?" The current president already does this at all hours of the day, and posts it on the internet. He also calls African-Americans the N-word for no reason. Biden was already vice president prior to making this announcement to run for president, which makes me believe that he has some knowledge about how to run a country. Based on the president we have in office right now, I absolutely think it can't get any worse. Therefore, I think Joe Biden deserves a chance at presidency to try make the country better than what it is now, and what it has been since Trump was elected.

I don't really know his intentions and how he chooses to change the nation. Also I don't know if he is for the people or for himself. While many of his opponents feel Joe is too old and "out of touch with the rest of America", I believe his brutally honest personality mimics that of a great Truman. He has been exposed to a great deal of social issues throughout his life and I believe that Democrats have no clear frontrunner to campaign. Therefore, he seems like the best option as the countdown gets nearer and nearer.
