No I don't think that the enmployee should be fired, because all he did was defend himself after he got jumped for smiling at his job, wich is ridiculous.
It was directly the customers` fault. No one truly knows what inspired those people to act the way they did, but they had no right to attack the servers, as they were just doing their job. It`s ashamed that the restaurant lost that much money over something as infantile as a brawl caused by seemingly disgruntled customers.

In my option I think that the employee shouldn't be fired. because all he did was protecting himself in self defense. It was directly the customers fault. The guy was just trying to do his job.
He should not be fired due to the ridiculous behavior from a customer. No one should come into a business acting like that , so therefore I can see why the person was defending themselves. I work in fast food so I'm aware of the everyday behavior from customers and how some customers can tend to act like that .
no because the custommer started everything

ReplyDeleteThe employees should've not gotten fired. The waiter was just being nice and respectful and the people took at as a bad gesture.

ReplyDeleteNo because it was self defense and people should have better self control.
