  1. I think it is because the video shows that the officer was being harsh.

  2. This is not justifiable as they had no right to pull a gun on someone picking up trash on their own property.

  3. this is totally not justifiable for the man that was just picking up trash was just picking up trash to be pulled a gun on him for no reason is stupid. Some police like these people doesn't know how to do their job right at all pulling a gun on a man just picking up trash.

  4. Based the article it is just sad why this incident had to happen because the black man was not doing anything all he was doing picking up trash in his backyard and police took this incident way too far.

  5. This is not justifiable because because the man that was picking up the garbage was just picking up garbage then someone pulled a gun on him for no apparent reason it just gets me mad t see things like this.

  6. No this is not justifiable. The man was just cleaning around his house and they decided it was wrong.

  7. It isn't justifiable. I think he was profiled.

  8. The cop was in the wrong after proving he is the resident of the house the cop should of backed off but he did not believe him.

  9. In my opinion this was not justifiable because that man was doing no harm to anybody just picking up trash in his neighborhood and the police profiled him just because he was colored and thought that he had a weapon in his hand.

  10. There was a miscommunication error, which started this out. If the man had shown that he was carrying a trash grabber, it would have been fine, but he isn't the only one in the wrong. The policeman shouldn't have jumped to such crazy conclusions, and should've checked what object the man had in a calmer manner. He also didn't have to pull out his gun, or detain the man.

  11. This is not justifiable. He was on his property cleaning and obviously didn't have a weapon.

  12. This is not justifiable because the police had his gun ready for a black man who was picking up trash on his property. The man has a right to clean his own area. I feel as if the police officer was being racist to the man because he didn't even look closely and had his hand on his gun waiting to shoot.

  13. This video is just another racist act that a random police officer is going to get away with and considering that police officers feel superior they do what they want. That police officer knew that he didn't have a weapon he antagonized him anyway

  14. It was not justifiable because the man wasn't doing anything wrong. He had the right to be on the property, and he had no weapon.

  15. This is not justifiable. Cops feel as if any black person is a threat and that they have probable cause to pull out their weapons. The cops pulled up to the man because he was on a property with a "private property sign" which they thought he was trespassing. I one hundred percent feel that if it was a white male this altercation would not have occurred.

  16. I think cops feel like they can do anything and its ok and its not. Like if you can't just go outside with out the cops doing something to you. like we should be getting treated way better nobody is better than anyone we all the same.

  17. Not even close to justifiable, a black man helping is community being held at gun point by officers is horrible in itself.

  18. Not justifiable, not okay on any kind of level. Threatening while putting your hand on gun to someone who is not even armed. It was racially profiling and the guy was very agitated. I don't blame him he cut the bs and got to the point it's obvious about whats been going on with the police and the black community as a whole.

  20. It is not justifiable because he racially profiled the guy and pulled a gun on him in his own yard where he had no gun on him.

  21. This is justifiable because the video shows the police officer harassing a innocent human being for picking up trash just because he thought he had a weapon. - Amber
