Jussie did pay the guys to attack and the police have all the evidence from text to when they bought the hats and mask so i do think they should go to jail
Jussie Smollett should be charged for the crime because you shouldn't joke around about something as being attacked. Like if that really happen and you call again they might think of it as a joke and you could really get hurt. So I believe he should get charged for that incident.
Jussie most definitely serve time for this. He wasted the time of officers who's efforts could've been put forward to something useful. Police officers were led onto a complete goose chase for a staged situation over a petty reason
I feel like Jussie did to much by lien and now he telling everyone he made it all up. Why what made him do that like nobody cares about him being gay he has money and all why lie he to big to be playing around and that's not even something you play around with because some people care about what's going on in the world.
I believe Jussie Smollett should not serve time for this, however I do believe he should be fined. Smollett has been indicted on 16 felony counts of disorderly conduct; I believe this is a waste of time for him and the corrupt police. All in all this situation has gone on too long and needs to be put to rest.
