Nothing in this article will get me to rethink what I always eat. My apian is that the whole ultra processed could be bad if your eat a lot of them but I don't thinks its really a huge big deal for us so far. The food industry should slow down and process the foods more normally than ultraproccessing it.
After reading the article, I believe it was a good study but it will not make me rethink what I eat. In the article it states we face a 14% higher risk of early death with each 10% increase in the amount of ultra processed foods we eat. I will not stop enjoying the food I eat just because i'm at a higher risk of early death, we are all going to die and i'd rather die enjoying the things I eat.
Based on the information on the article I think eating ultraprocessed foods is not good for people's health because it can increase the risk of early deaths from cancer and cardiovascular disease.
The article does make me want to eat different. Eating processed food all the time won't help you in the end. You should balance out the amount you eat. Processed food while good will not help you in the long run.
Despite these articles, i most likely wouldn't change the way I eat. I have read articles of like this before but still go about the way I eat. So this article doesn't matter to me that much
It does make me rethink what I'm eating, but almost everything we eat has something bad in it and sine we been eating processed food for years so its not easy to just switch to healthy foods, on the other hand its our health and we should treat our body right.

Towards the end of my 6th grade year, I had to go to the hospital because of sickness and stomach pains. After 2 days, I was diagnosed with kidney disease. I had to start watching what food I ate, and my sodium intake, or I would keep getting sick, and maybe eventually die. It has been 4 years, and I still have it, but I'm in good health and don't need to watch it as much. But it definitely puts in perspective about what I ate and how it affected me.
This is very true and more people need to see that. Yet, The ultra processed foods are cheaper than the healthy ones. I don't blame people for buying them since its so expensive to live a healthy life style.

I honestly don"t think that i would change the way i eat because the simple fact that i am skinny so it will will be alright. if i knew i was u health i would handle it.
To be real I don't feel like that i would change my ways right now because i don't see myself changing my diet but in the future i might because when you're older life is way more crucial so feel like it would be good change the way eat later if you already had the taste but if not you should start now.

Its hard to avoid eating ultraprocessed foods because they are everywhere. Snacks that are apart of your daily diet wont be available. instead of completely avoiding them I think limiting them is the better option.
