  1. The kid is the one at the wrong here. The reason I think why is that he shouldn't have been just standing in front of him, and doing tomahawk chops with he's hands is a huge mockery to the native Americans.

  2. The teen is wrong. The way he was standing in his face was disrespectful and he looks like he thought everything was funny.

  3. I think they are both wrong because they were fighting they should've came to a compromise.

  4. This video to me was mis-interpreted and then blown out of proportion. Nick however could've handled the situation better by complimenting the music the Native American was making. Nick should most definitely apologize to clear a mis-interpreted thought

  5. If the kid really wanted to avoid the whole thing then why did he just stand there instead of backing up? I think the kid could have been better behaved there.

  6. People should stop giving bigots a platform. The catholic students should have walked away instead of being the irritating racist they are. Instead of shining a light on the maga stans, you could shine a light on Native Americans and their disgusting treatment in America.

  7. I think the kid is in the wrong because the man was just trying to get to the top and he stood in his way and smiled. That is a show of disrespect and not taking a person seriously.

  8. in this predicament both of them are wrong because instead of fight they could've settled out they're differences and came to peace but they did the opposite

  9. I feel like the school boys were in the wrong that situation would of never escalated to the points to be on the news if they would would of walked away from the protesters and not of provoked them.

  10. I agree with Nathan Phillips because based on the article and the video when the students were surrounding Nathan Phillips and not letting him pass he feared for his safety.

  11. The boy is wrong and he should apologize. The school employees are also wrong for not being there or stopping it.

  13. The kid is talking about his rights and stuff but what about the Native Americans right. He has a right to his own personal space. The boy should owe him an apology because of the reasons he himself listed and he should add other reasons as well. Although it can't be forced, there should be something done.

  14. My opinion is the boy was wrong and disrespectful to the Native American elder. The boy was all up in the man's face when everyone else moved to the side to let the man pass. While the veteran was playing the drum the boy was all up in his face like back up all up in the elder's personal space. Also the boy brought his friends to crowd around the man laughing like you can just watch the show like everyone else. You don't need to get in someone face to watch and listen. The Native American was just playing his instrument doing his thing and was being disrespected by a little boy.

  15. The man is in the right. The child needs to learn some respect for others cultures.

  16. I think the kid is in the wrong. He might not have meant any harm or fowl by his actions, but it really did seem like it was wrong, and the easiest way to have resolved this would have been for him to just apologize and just move on with it, rather than trying to weasel a way out of it by saying he didn't mean it and that he shouldn't apologize.

  17. The young man was in the wrong in this situation, he could've walked away. I believe him wearing the MAGA hat added to the problem as Trump has a poor reputation.

  19. I think the boy is in the wrong he shouldve said sorry instaed of saying he wasnt gone do nothing. He know he was in the wrong too. So it just wouldve made things better if he made a public apology.

  20. I think the boy is the victim in this situation because he should've been the bigger man instead of refusing not to do anything at all. I think a public apology would've settle there differences and made life much, much better

  26. I believe the teen is wrong. Instead of being serious and taking the situation seriously he laughed and had a demeanor as if everything was a joke. he could have at least apologized for offending the old man.
