  1. I think he should've stayed. He said that he is a good person. I think he was popular too. That's why I think he should've stayed.

  3. I agree with Kevin Hart's decision. The tweets that people found are really old and he already apologized. He said that he's not that kind of person anymore. He shouldn't have to keep apologizing for something that was from a long time ago. He's making the right decision.

  4. I believe Kevin Hart made the appropriate decision to step down from his role as the host of the Oscar's. I think it was an appropriate decision because the type of tweets that surfaced could give a bad name to Oscar's this year.

  5. I do not agree with Kevin hart decision to not host the Oscars this year. Those tweets that tweeted nearly ten years ago were a mistake and he has already pay his debts. I think that to fully put these tweets behind him he needs to move on and host the Oscars. Everybody from Ellen DeGeneres to the academy of motion pictures would love for Kevin to come back and host. The tweets he tweeted does not define him but the way he acted after tweeting and how sincere he was when he apologize.

  6. I honestly do not care about Kevin Hart's decision. I do not keep up with most entertainment unless it is Netflix or YouTube so why should I care about what actors or artists decide to do or not do anyways. I never watch satellite or cable anyways. What is the Oscars anyways?

  7. I agree with Kevin Hart's decision to not host the Oscars. He should't do it if he's uncomfortable with it. I wouldn't do it because there could be live backlash. The tweets are from over five years ago and some people feel like his apology wasn't sincere.

  8. I agree with Kevin Hart's decision to not host the Oscars. Hart made a mistake years ago by making the slur and has apologized for it then and now. I don't think his past mistakes should be brought up now and it has been blown completely out of proportion. I would make the same decision and choose to simply not deal with it.

  9. I disagree with Kevin hart decision because if he doesn't wanna host the Oscars then he doesn't need to host the Oscars but the reason for is not wht I agree with. The reason being that homophobic comment he made that's 7-8 years ago doesn't matter to today content. People might been all over him for making such comment but will let it go quickly cuz it was in 2009-11 that he made that comment. Some people change a lot over the course of 9 years, and I sure Kevin hart change a ton in that amount of time. Kevin hart didn't need to step down from hosting an event that's worldwide huge for everyone people might start blaming kevin hart for stepping doen for such a reasonable comment that was made 9 years ago.

  10. I do agree with Kevin Hart's decision. I agree with his decision because he already said that he apologized and he already explained himself. He shouldn't have to keep apologizing and explaining himself. He said he's a loving person and that he has nothing else to prove. At the end of the day he did apologize and explain himself.

  11. I personally agree with his decision. If the man simply doesn't have the time to host, then I feel like he's free to make that decision. Also, regarding his homophobic comments, I personally believe this could be seen as an apologetic action. Consider if he was to host the Oscar's, he would obviously take home a significant amount of cheddar;however, by him choosing not to host to Oscar's whether it was due to his previous homophobic comments or someone from management reached out to him, he is losing a significant amount by not hosting this year's Oscar's. Not only in a salary, but he also loses the chance to premiere his abilities as a comedian on the Oscar's, which again is an opportunity he let down.

  13. When it comes to Hart's decision about the Grammy's. Since he is surrounded in so much controversy at the moment, Its only right that he lays low and focus on his own projects. Hosting the Grammy's can result in harassment live or just something going wrong in general.

  14. I don't agree with Kevin Harts decision because I feel as if you will get hate no matter what you say or do and on top of that he already apologized for what he said and he is still being looked down on, yet that doesn't mean he shouldn't host it.

  15. I disagree with Kevin Hart's decision to not host the Oscars. Kevin is a very funny man and with him hosting the Oscars will be way more entertaining. I don't relate his homophobic comments to his performance at the Oscars. In fact I think the Oscars would be a great way for him to publicly announce his apology to a more open audience. In conclusion, I beg to differ that Kevin should not host the Oscars. I say that he would be an amazing host.

  16. Kevin Hart has made the right decision. If people want to keep making a fuss, then let them finish their crying and get over it. He made his apology, and he already told everyone he was sorry for what he said. If they can't except that, then that's thier problem.

  17. Kevin Hart is a grown man and can make his own decisions. People will like him whether or not he hosts because it's not something that will make most mature audiences hurt. He has his reasons and he made a decision.

  23. I think he made the right decision because he shouldn't keep apologizing
for old stuff over and over again. He is obligated to his own decision and opinions so I think he was right.

  24. Kevin Hart was grown man when he tweeted his homophobic and abusive remarks. Stepping down from the Oscars was cute but was it really because he felt sorry for his offensive remarks, or that he was trying to salvage his career. Hart going on his sympathy tour to gain support for being an example of what is wrong with society. The abuse of LGBTQ people across the world makes me not agree with Kevin Hart's now assumed pity decision.

  25. I agree with Kevin Hart's decision because it is up to him to choose. He shouldn't have to be reminded of what happen 10 years ago. Kevin already apologized for what he did and everyone makes mistakes. Everyone in the world we all have flaws. All these negative comments is bringing him down. In conclusion, i agree with Kevins decisions to not host the Oscars.

  26. I agree with Kevin Harts decision because he has the option to not host the Oscar's. He dont want to be harassed about whatever comments he makes. Folks need to stop taking stuff to heart and he dont need to apologize to nobody he said what he said and that was that. He's a comedian, he makes jokes that's gone make you feel hit.

  27. I would disagree with him not hosting the Oscars because a lot of people were excited about that there is going to be a new host for this event that is happening on February 24 and if there is no host chances are the audience would be disappointed.

  29. I agree with his decision. It was his choice and if he doesn't want to host then he doesn't have to. He is a comedian, and his tweet was from years ago. He apologized for the tweets, so that should have been the end.
