When worker have more money that means they can spend more money. They spend more money on products and that money goes to the company. Then, the company uses that money to keep paying their workers.

Raising the minimum wage for workers across the country was a splendid idea. Mainly because this can increase the amount of new workers and be able to keep more workers. I believe that this can raise its stock base.
I think its great because it's a lot of hard work to just get paid a little bit above minimum wage. They are now give them what they deserve which is 15 an hour. This would make people want to apply their too. I believe they will not run out of workers now.
I think thats good. One it gets their employee more support when it comes to finances. Going at this rate they should give me a job because i'll take that any day. I feel like it is a great decision for amazon to raise the minimum wage for employees. However there is one red flag in doing so. It may not hurt the employees very much (but it very well may), but it (definitely) may hurt the consumers. By raising minimum wage, it could also raise inflation. What this means, is that consumers will now have to pay more for products in order for the company to ensure that all minimum wage employees get equal pay. We are seeing this already for many electronic devices. An iPhone originally costed $200, then it costed $300, then $500, and now, they cost over $1,000. If you think this is bad, this is only the beginning, it only gets worse from here. Because companies are now required to pay their workers more money, they must raise the price of their products, and because they raise the price of their products, they may have less consumers buying their products. Because they don't have enough people buying their products, they have to raise the prices even higher, in order to maintain their profit, either that, or go out of business, leaving many of their employees without jobs. (Or they can try to force consumers to buy their newer products by tampering with the older, cheaper ones.) I am not completely for, or against, the decision to raise minimum wage. I just believe things such as this require time, I'm just not sure if we are ready for a change like this. This is a crucial decision companies such as amazon must make.
