In a move to reduce prison overcrowding and provide relief to inmates given harsh sentences in drug cases, the federal Bureau of Prisons will grant early release to about 6,000 inmates beginning later this month, officials confirmed to CNN. About one-third of the 6,000 inmates slated for release between October 30 and November 2 are non-citizens so they will be turned over to U.S. Immigration Custom Enforcement officials for deportation proceedings, according to one Justice Department official.

When telling everyone to go on the ground, he saw the person in the wheelchair coming down and told them to go back on their wheelchair. While climbing back up on it he shot and killed them.

  19. ISIS is stealing and modifying Toyota cars for their own purposes. Although Toyota claims they never sell to anyone who would do this people believe their is someone on the inside that is smuggling the cars to ISIS. ISIS uses these cars and modify them into small tanks, Racecars, and scrap metal to build bigger machines. Toyota says that they will try to stop the supply of cars to that whole area to ensure ISIS will lose their supply.

Many different Toyota vehicles have been seen in propaganda videos filmed by ISIS and Toyota said they will be looking into vehicle supply chains in the middle east. The Toyota company has strict policies that are against selling vehicles to people who will use or modify them for any kind of military use.

  46. There are over one million high school football players in the United States. This sport requires hitting and being hit. Even with helmets there is a high risk of head injuries and concussions. In 2011, Texas lawmakers took action and a return to play law was passed. This required students with hits to the head have medical clearance before returning to play football. Brain injuries are invisible, hard to diagnose and there is a risk of repeated concussions.

About 40 women said that Cosby have raped and sexually assaulted them in the pass at Playboy mansions etc. In my opinion, I feel like the first one or few women that said they were raped by Bill Cosby could possibly be telling the truth, the world may never know. But for the rest of the women they are just trying to get his money. Karma is like a boomerang, it always come back to that person that threw it. These ladies that are lying about something serious as this will feel the same pain Cosby and his family are going through.

  55. Louisiana Chef Paul Prudhomme, credited with helping popularize Cajun and Creole cuisine, died Thursday, according to K-Paul's, the New Orleans restaurant he owned.

    Prudhomme, who was 75, died in New Orleans after a brief illness, the restaurant said.

    "Paul was the one who not only put Louisiana food, our food, Cajun and Creole food, on the map, but he was also the one who started the American food revolution that flourishes today," Poppy Tooker, host of the "Louisiana Eats!" radio show, told CNN.

  56. a new caterpillar was found in Pennsylvanian! this caterpillar is called the white hickory tussock moth caterpillar! but apparently if you touch it it gives you a bad rash. its is actually made of venomous spikes to ward off predators. the rash can cause slight skin irritation and a few hours of discomfort. luckily it can be easily soothed with some ice and lotion!

  57. Police are investigating a shooting Monday that has injured including a 1-year-old.The child was in critical condition and is now recovering from surgery.
    The grandmother of the youngest shooting victim didn't have much time to speak with Channel 2’s Richard Elliot as she was rushing to get to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston.She seemed to say she knew two of the people who were shot.
    “I don't know if either of them is OK,” the grandmother said, not identifying herself.The shooting happened at the Austin Oaks Apartments just after 8 p.m.
    According to DeKalb County police detectives, a group of people, including the toddler, was standing out in the breezeway when someone came around a corner and just started shooting.

    A lawsuit targets psychologists who designed CIA torture program. The two psychologists designed and helped oversee CIA's harsh interrogation program. They are now facing a lawsuit filed on behalf of three former CIA prisoners who allegedly were tortured at black site. James Mitchell and Bruce Jessen are former U.S. Air Force trainers whose expertise was in teaching military members how to resist interrogations if captured. The CIA paid their company $81 million to act as contractors to help run the interrogation program.

Brown's daughter had a boyfriend she was dating for three months, the relationship was absuive both physically and sexually. She finally got to the point where she said enough is enough. Abdul asked for another chance and she sent him a text basically saying no she has to leave before anything gets worser. Her Ex responded to her saying if we cant be together someone's got to go, and so he did that and killed her dad.
