  1. The deaths of two transgender women isn't enough to make me believe its a hate crime, As i see it these two unfortunate people are just being added to a vicious equation that never ends.

  2. Im confused on why these 2 woman were murdered. Nobody should judge or want to kill a person just because they are different, the man above did not make people for everyone to be the same or have the same preference. It is wrong for 2 women to want to be transgender but they are grown ups an can make their own decisions on what they want to be. I hope this was not a hate crime in New Orleans because im from there and people need to represent Louisiana better than that, but it should not be a hate crime PERIOD.

  4. There are two trans women dead within 48 hours of each other. There's no way that it isn't a hate crime. Especially with all the transphobia in the world. The discrimination against the trans community goes deeper than anyone realizes. No one quite knows they're transphobic until they say something against trans and someone calls them out.

  5. These two incidents could very well be hate crimes. The situation is too ironic and coincidental to me. Overall, I think that it was unfortunate that these two people lost their lives over nonsense.

  7. This is a hate crime. Two innocent transgender women lost their life because of how they decided to live it. This situation isn't fair and it's really ignorant.

  14. How could it not be a hate crime today? Everything is of hate now days. Now even in New Orleans? Really? The hate spreads like a virus and it needs to stop ASAP, we're already approaching WWIII, we don't need a Civil War on top of that.

  20. This is a hate crime. People need to learn how to accept people for their differences. If someone is doing something you don't like, remove yourself from their lives. Don't try to change it for what you believe in.

  21. Saying two trans women were killed in 48, is asking as a hate crime towards trans people. People in the world are still at the state were they will not accept the fact it everyone is straight, not everyone wants the same things as you may want. But the actions caused by this obviously send he took his time with the second girl, making her suffer, creating it a hate crime to the public. I feel this man should be placed in prison for many many years making him realize the world isn't imperfect. I honestly think today's society is involved way to much that there own expectations take over a thought of someone gay, bi, trans, meaning they honestly think every gay, bi, trans is an attack to society. The truth is, you're only hurting yourself than rather accepting the truth to life and goin on with today, tomorrow, and so on.

  28. According to CNN.com, "New Orleans' transgender community is on edge after two transgender women were killed within 48 hours of each other. Chyna Gibson was gunned down Saturday night, while the second woman was found with multiple stab wounds Monday morning" I would classify this as a hate crime because it was more than one transgender that got killed.

  41. I don't really feel pity for them but these hates are never gonna stop. Keep on protesting but I seen little progress. I don't get why is it that people won't accept how people want to live as or how they wanted to be
