I feel that kitty Hawk is doing something big for the world. Everyone always talked about wanting a flying car and their making it happen! You can only fly it for 20 mins i feel that they should make that longer. Overall this is a great idea and they should keep working on it.
Kitty Hawk is the city of North Carolina I don't understand why CEO Sebastian Thrun has discovered the tv show The Jetsons had been riding a flying car you can get in the flying car too
I do think the Flyer is a great invention for common people to use, but I think the idea of everyone being able to use one of these crafts to improve ground traffic will soon cause a problem in the air. I think it will result in the same problems we face on the streets with cars: too many aircrafts. Another problem I found in the article was that Thrun was encouraging people to use self driving cars and the Flyer aircrafts. In my opinion, engineers shouldn't have invented a car to drive it's self, because technology this innovative should not be available to everyone.
I'm glad to see stuff like flying cars. I really want us to get to that sci-fi future. I do wonder how traffic would work with flying cars. We don't want to see cars crashing into each other in the sky.

It's a big step for mankind as we now can have transportation (other than planes) among the atmosphere. Though it is a impressive invention, it could cause problems such as, pollution and trafficking, and you can't necessarily make a "road" in the sky to guide drivers.

We would always see in movies and tv shows so its good that it is brought to life. Even though its not what people would imagine a flying car but its still close to it.

I think that its a good investment as in ceo wise and by creating this they are going to be rich but as in safety wise and collision they should do more research because what if someone crashes or if you push the brakes you fall instead of stopping. they must worry about the people or they wont be able to be successful in this business

I don't think the Flyer is a good invention. I say this because it could cause many issues in the future. But I understand that it could help with traffic congestion but what if someone is driving the Flyer and they aren't as experienced as others. It could cause many of the Flyers to be upside down in the water.

This Crazy thing is it won’t be till another 5-10 maybe even 20 years till it’s on the market the government has to find ways to regulate these cars, mass produce them, fix and tweak them, energy sources, airways and how they would corespond with airplanes. It's a good idea but dangerous in my opinion. I don't like that a pilot licence isn't required. Accidents on the road are scary so imagine the aftermath of a flying car collision. Maybe in the future as the plans advance alterations with be made.
