  1. This man is a monster, this man represents everything that is wrong with society. This man is a perfect representation of how corrupt police officers can be. 250 years isn't enough, he should've been sentenced two 2,500,000 years. America's police system needs a massive revision, officers like this man should have absolutely no access to power.

  2. Its disgusting that the officer used his authority to intimidate the victims. I believe he deserved all the punishment that is recommended. His badge and occupation is suppose to make citizens feel safe. He was obviously abusing his power as a police officer. He is definitely spending the rest of his time in prison.

  3. He cried ater everything what he did. He could not control the evil inside. He should be convicted anyway.

  4. I think that this crime is outrageous. He deserves life in prison. Nobody should ever have the right to rape someone and get away with it!

  5. its awful that the police officer used violence to his victims. i think that he deserved all of the punishment that is needed.he was overusing his power as a police officer.

  6. The jurors recommended a total of 263 years of prison time for Holtzclaw's crimes. Formal sentencing is set for next month. i believe he deserved it, i mean you cant be raping people its not right.

  8. It was satisfying seeing this man cry. He has caused so much harm and pain to many innocent women. I'm glad to see a monster like this getting what he deserves, he will die in prison. People like this shouldn't even be able to attempt to be an officer. Now that's only one officer, the justice still has a lot of work to do because there are plenty of crooked cops who shouldn't have any form of power.

  9. Its good seeing this man going to jail and never getting out. That's his fault for not seeing the consequences for what he did. you cant rape someone and expect to get away with it. Seeing him cry wasn't doing nothing for him. He committed one of the biggest crime and that's only his fault for letting himself do that.

  11. This is quite disgusting, seeing that a local police officer was using his badge against his victims in order for rape. That truly disgusts me. I'm glad that justice was being served as for him going to jail, however, what these women experienced will stick with them for life. That's quite sad in my defense. Hope he never sees the light of day~

  12. How was something like this allowed to continue for so long? It is mind blowing that his fellow officers did not notice something like this. Another victory for the United States justice system and another monster off the streets. Its good to see police officers and other corrupt officials put under the microscope.

  13. It is really messed up how this ex-policemen would take advantage of a black woman who already lives the low class. I was a great idea for him to be sentenced to life. It disgust me how he took advantage of that woman . These problems happen a lot I'm just glad a little light is shined on the subject.

  14. Prosecutors say the Oklahoma City officer picked out his victims based on their criminal histories, figuring their drug or prostitution records would undermine any claims they might make against him. Then, he would subject them to assaults that escalated from groping to oral sodomy and rape.On Thursday, his 29th birthday, Holtzclaw rocked back and forth in his chair and sobbed as the judge read out the verdict. After more than 40 hours of deliberation, the jury had found him guilty of 18 of the 36 charges he faced, including four counts of rape in the first degree and four of forced oral sodomy.

  15. Yup, cry. Cry like the worthless scum you are. You never deserved to be a police. The punishment should be worse but U.S. is merciful. Congrats, you made our country more disgusting than it seemed.

  16. This is quite awful, seeing that a local police officer was using his job against his victims in order for sexual activities. That truly makes me mad. I'm glad that the jury sentenced him as guilty, what these women experienced will stay with them for the rest of their life. That's very sad in my defense.Hope he rots in jail.

  20. This is how every rape case should be handled. With a swift jurisdiction and cutting right to the chase. This man -although I don't believe that I can even call him a person anymore; took advantage of women and did two gross things. He first intimidated them and pressured them into doing this BECAUSE of his position in the law. If they didn't abide to what he wanted, he would plant drugs on them, arrest them / sabotage them, and blackmail them. He abused his powers as a police man to do these disgusting crimes. Police are the people who should be protecting us and stopping things like this from ever happening. This is why people are finding it so hard to trust the police and have faith in the law enforcement system these days. He deserves all 258 years in prison and then some. He needs to rot and suffer in jail for all of the pain and torture he put his victims through.

  21. Seeing the sight of this man cry just brings a smile across my face! For every woman he raped being of African American descent, I cannot express how much I feel for them with me growing up with two older sisters. This shows that police will no longer get away with what they believe is nonpunishable. Let this be a lesson to all police that they are not excused from the law. So I quess we will see Daniel in 263 years!!

  22. Well, you can now see that he was never meant to be a cop. He's crying like a wimp for being held guilty for rape. Shouldn't have done that and it's his fault for this. I feel nothing for this guy and think he deserves whatever he gets. Next time you wanna rape somebody might want to check if you're man enough to take the punishment when you get caught.

  23. Its Disgusting Really, To Know that our Police officers, The Men & Women that give lives and put lives on the line for our sake, are not only taking advantage of the laws but also being under the influence of that they can do whatever they please to the citizens. Its petty and a disgrace. If i were in the police force and i respected the laws and enforce them when needed, i would never do something so Horrific and so ridiculous. Especially when i Know that i WILL get caught and face the consequences. its honestly a waste of time and precious life to be doing things, and i'm glad he cried, and petted himself of what he has done. This case was handled in the best way. He deserved what was coming towards him, and therefore, justice will be served.

  24. I think this is very bad because if the officer didn't do it then he didn't do it. I don't think he should have been convicted because he didn't do it

  26. Welp, this men is an idiot and deserved it. This men is so disgusting. Yes, I think he should be in jail for raping someone. He's a police man! Why is he raping such people?! Never in my life that I've ever heard any police men rape someone. He was crying. Why was he crying when he knew that raping someone is against the law? He chose to do this and this is what he gets. Also, 6 months of sexual assault. How could he do this for this long? This is stupid, he's stupid, raping is stupid. Good thing he's going to jail.

  30. This man is a disgrace to the badge he holds, as he used his position to commit a series of villainous crimes against those he violated. He is also one of many people who are causing tension amongst the American community, both in the people and in the law. He was wrong to attack those women simply because he "thought" he could, and will reap what he as sown by serving life in prison. Also, the "crocodile" tears he had only fuel the disgust he shows.

  31. I can't believe that someone apart of the law enforcement would do something like this. This is just outrageous and I glad that he will be stripped from his badge and sent to jail for life. We wouldn't expect an officer raping someone they are supposed to be the one's prevent it.

  33. I heard about this story a couple of days ago. It's really sad because these are the people who should be saving us and stopping crime. My condolences go out to the families of the ones hurt, and major actions should be taken place

  34. serious crimes like this should be prevented and brought to justice. Hill has filed a state civil lawsuit against Holtzclaw and Oklahoma City. She came forward as a victim

  36. He deserves what he received, I feel no sympathy for rapists because they are disgusting. I am glad he was convicted on his birthday. His 263 year sentence is well deserved, so he needs to get comfortable in his jail cell cause he has a long stay.

  37. I have no love for someone who has to rape anybody. It should never be that serious. If you can't get their number then just leave it alone.

    ReplyDelete
  38. He deserves everything he gets. Rape is a serious and he thought he could get away with it by threatening and because he is police officer. Police are not above the law, even if they try or think they are. That's very sad and makes me very angry that people do this.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I think that he deserves everything that the judge gives him and charges him with. I honestly think that police believe that they are above the law and can do whatever they feel like doing. What he did to that woman was messed up and this country is slowly falling apart. We're supposed to be able to put our trust in them, we're supposed to feel secure when around them. Lately police have been acting like normal people and acting like they have a duty to fulfill. He deserves everything that happens to him.

  45. It so crazy because police officers was put on earth to protect and serve their communities, not destroy them. The government or people in general look at African American males as a threat to society but it's really the people claiming their on the side of the law. To me it's scares me because I don't know what my future holds but I hope its not a cop putting a bullet through my skull.

  50. Mia Reddick .

Officer Holtzclaw is disgusting for performing this act of sexual assault on women. According to my understanding, for him to be apart of the law system and to do this by any means , is beyond out of control. Then , the law system wonder why people cannot trust them and feel scared once they are being pulled over due to terrible situations of this matter. I feel really bad for the women being apart of this situation and others tom because no women nor man should be place under circumstances like this. All people should be respected and treaty fairly , as well as not abandoning your right to be apart of the law system.

He got away with rape which does more damage to a person then just the physical damage and if a cop can get away with rape what does that say to victims out there who haven't told. Any body can get away with it

  61. This is terrible. No matter who it was rape is a serious crime, you are taking someone's respect, pride, and dignity. No one whether they a police or not should put any other person through this. The criminal consequence should be the death penalty
