  3. I did not watch the Oscar's but I watched the Red Carpet.I saw some beautiful ladies who were rocking some gorgeous gowns.Kerry Washington's dress was the bomb. Her dress was backless with white and a little bit of yellow;low in the back.

  4. Honestly the Oscars was very entertaining but also very distracting. Everyone forgot that not one Black actor was nominated although Straight Outta Compton was one of the best films of the year. The Oscars were good but we're missing the big picture.

  15. I only watched a few minutes of the Oscars but, I heard that Leonardo DiCaprio finally won an Oscar for The Revenant. I thought that was pretty interesting, I still have yet to watch The Reavenant, but it looks like a really good movie

  16. I'm happy that Dicaprio finally won because he does a lot and gives so much and really deserves it. I really don't understand why Stacy Dash need to be apart of it since she had so much to say but its not my award show.

  18. I didn't watch the Oscars, but I did hear some things about it. Leonardo DiCaprio finally won an Oscar, i'm proud of him, and Chris Rock found ways to speak out about the diversity issue in the Academy. It sounded pretty okay to me.

  26. I think Leonardos oscar was way over due, bvut for the rest of the oscars I usually don't really care for. But I'm happy for DiCaprio that he finally won

  27. Personally, I didn`t watch the Oscars due to some assignments that I was working on, but I did hear some pretty good news about it: Leonardo DiCaprio won his first Oscar, Chris Rock was awesome as the host, and various other events within this one was held with praise. The only criticism that seems to stem from it was the lack of other ethnic actors and actresses being recognized for their talent, and instead glorified Caucasian people.

  28. they were absolutely teriable this year

  29. There should've been more black people that won instead of white. I feel people won off of race. It would've been better if more black people attended.

  47. When comedian Chris Rock took to the Dolby Theatre stage to start the Oscars telecast Sunday night, the track “Fight the Power” by rap group Public Enemy played in the background. That same song, used by Spike Lee to cap his seminal film “Do the Right Thing,” also played at the end of the show as the credits rolled. Both instances were a reminder, comedic or otherwise, to keep pushing for greater diversity prompted by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' mostly white list of nominees for a second year in a row. Honestly in my opinion it was good just like it always is

  48. I enjoyed watching the Oscar awards and i think that Chris rock did a great job hosting the awards also a special shout out to Leonardo DiCaprio on his Oscar award.
