Hurricane Dorian going from level 1 to level 4 is very shocking because I believed it was just going to be a minor storm. Now that Florida and southeast Georgia are in danger this means that Florida and parts of Georgia are issuing a state of emergency as seeing what happened with past hurricanes. The government in Brazil is really bad due to the ignorance of the government, but I'm glad they had implemented a rule to not use fire when trying to clear out land.
ReplyDeleteHurricane Dorian is going towards Florida and meteorologist are thinking that Dorian will be up to a category 4 with around 130 mph winds.
ReplyDeleteWildfires are burning parts of the Amazon and some parts of Brazil. To help prevent more fires, the 60 day it will be illegal to use fire to clear tress and land.
Hurricane Dorian expected to strengthen and make it a category 3 to 4 and Florida is the biggest threat to hurricane Jordyn now. Most of the amazon forest is 3.6 million miles of land and fire can and will be extinguished.

ReplyDeleteCitizens in Florida are getting Ready for hurricane Dorian. They are getting 7 days worth of food, gas, and medicine. This hurricane is estimated to be a category 4. The wildfire is still going on in Brazil. Hopefully they hurry and end the fire because the smoke is not good for the air.

There is a hurricane named Dorian and the people from south Florida she evacuate. There is a lot of wildfires in Brazil and it is dangerous for animals and humans.

They also talked about how people will not be allowed to use fire to get land in the Amazon Rain forest. That's good because this rain forest needs to be protected, these fires are ridiculous.

ReplyDeleteThe first topic is about how hurricane Dorian will possibly hit Florida and it's a high chance. So the news are recommending that the citizens of Florida should buy 7 days worth of food so that they can prepare themselves for the hurricane. The second topic is how the fires in Brazil haven't been normal and this time of year has been higher then any other year before. Also, the smoke that's coming from the fires are in the air and it is so strong you can even smell it in the air and the smoke is so dense even from the air you can't even see it.
ReplyDeleteHurricane Dorian is supposedly going to hit Florida. People in Florida are buying materials and trying to prepare for the hurricane. I feel that people should not be trying to stay in the Florida area, they should evacuate as soon as possible. In Brazil, the Amazon rainforest fire is quite sad and its crazy how it's uncontrollable. Possibly, due to all these issues with environment, I feel that it's a sign that the world is ending soon.
ReplyDeleteHurricane Dorian was whirling over open water a couple hundred miles east of Turks and Caicos Islands, its maximum wind speeds were around 85 miles per hour, making it a category 1 hurricane but as it moves west they expect Dorian to go up to category 4. I think that they should start to evacuate because they just had a hurricane hit and more damage would make things worse.
ReplyDeleteFor 60 days it will be illegal for people to use fire to clear land in Brazil. I think that this is a good idea since the Amazon rainforest was damaged by so many fires.
I think people do need to take shelter and evacuate Florida as hurricane Dorian comes. Some people cant even get a lot food or medicine. Its sad that the Amazon rain forest caught on fire. There's dirt and dust after the fire. There's a lot of damage and fires spreading around there. Sometimes its not just dry land that is burning the amazon rain forest.
ReplyDeleteHurricane Dorian going from level 1 to level 4 is very shocking because I believed it was just going to be a minor storm. Now that Florida and southeast Georgia are in danger this means that Florida and parts of Georgia are issuing a state of emergency as seeing what happened with past hurricanes. The amazon is till on fire due to the ignorance and childlike behavior being taken toward the situation. It's very disappointing seeing how other countries are taking more action to save the amazon then Brazil themselves. I think Brazil should suck it up and realize that this forrest produces 20% of the oxygen in the earth and take action.
ReplyDeleteOne of the events was about a hurricane heading towards Puerto Rico. It is a category 1 hurricane. My thoughts on this is that I feel bad for these countries because they have. To go through another disaster. The second event was about having 60 days to use fire to clear land in Brazil. My thoughts on this is that why use fire when there is already fire spreading all over the Amazon.

ReplyDeleteThere is a major category 4 storm in Florida and ten years ago the Florida people did not take a direct hit from a hurricane and this last 4 years they were impact by 5 storms but this years they are taking it serious.

ReplyDeleteHurricane Dorian is now a category 5 with winds speeds up to 180 mph However, the hurricane is going only 1 mph. It is currently over the Bahamas and catastrophic damage has been made. This means that Florida and parts of Georgia are going into a state of emergency for their safety.

ReplyDeleteThere is a hurricane level 4 about to hit Florida. I feel bad for a lot of those people because a lot of them will lose there homes and valuable belongings. Lots of people had to evacuate out of schools and I just have so much simplicity for the people in Florida who has to go through the rough time.
