  1. I knew a few people that attended the march. One of my friends from south Georgia drove up to Atlanta to attend. I think that the march was amazing, while in some cases it took a slightly violent turn, that was never the intent. The fact that so many people, not only in America, but across the globe, stood together as one and fought for their beliefs is phenomenal. I'm honestly so proud to be a part of a nation that's not afraid to stand for their beliefs.

  4. I don't know any women that attended the march. Pictures went viral on social media from it and I think the agenda was for women to get their point across. Basically women don't want to be overlooked by Trump due to the things that he has said in the past.

  5. A couple of family members were at the march in atlanta. I feel this march was the right thing to do and the amount of people who participated showed how much we need to progress rights. News casters are receiving that trump is only worried about economy, even though that is a great thing what about the progression of the people and the rights we have gained. Now rights for most americans are being thought of banning and even looking at the white house webpage. Trump has removed everything dealing with LGBT and women's rights laws and information and history for which trump just basically erased. The only thing is to keep fighting and allow ourselves to take over and realize no one is secure safety with a republican who doesn't care about what happens to most the united states population. This march was an example for most people of courage and peace for which each ,arch shopuld be, not smashing windows in DC, and hurting people who just have a different idea on presidency. It's an opinion and people are acting up due to that they don't have there way. It does not matter how or what kind of people voted, its that we are independent and can stand for our own.

  6. I don't know anyone who attended this march. Although I believe this protest was meaningful but then again not. Everyone should stand up for what they believe in but this isn't going to make a difference. Trump is now in office and there's nothing we can do about it.

  7. I personally think that if they actually give Donald Trump sometime to get in office that he will actually make a change for all races and genders. If people can come together and actually come to an agreement, i think we could have a promising ahead of us as one.

  18. More than a million Americans took to the streets of the United States to protest Donald Trump the day after his inauguration. And that doesn't include the many thousands of people who took part in the main event -- The Women's March on Washington -- for which there was no official crowd estimate.

  33. I think the march turned out pretty good it was for a good meaning and cause but remember we did have a point of time where women weren't aloud to vote at all that's why the 19th admendment was made so women did have a voice to vote and plus look who our president is right now
