  1. Pep Guardiola will return to former club Barcelona for the first time with Bayern Munich after the two clubs were drawn against each other in the European Champions League semifinal. Both clubs know each other very well and this match up should be very interesting.Guardiola spent a highly-successful four years in charge of Barca between 2008 and 2012, leading the club to three Spanish La Liga titles and two Champions League crowns. After taking a year out, the Spaniard returned to management with Bayern and guided the club to the German league and cup double last season, but will be hoping to follow that up this year with success in Europe's elite club competition after his side was eliminated by Real Madrid at the semifinal stage in 2014.The first leg is at Camp Nou on May 6 and the return at Munich's Allianz Arena is on May 12. i feel this will be the best match up out of the two and hopefully Barca will defeat Bayern

  2. CNN-New avalanches hamper rescue efforts on Mount Everest after Nepal quake

The devastating earthquake that hit Nepal on Saturday set off avalanches that left large numbers of climbers dead, missing, injured or trapped on Mount Everest. Aftershocks, including a strong one Sunday, are continuing to send snow and rocks thundering down the mountainside, complicating rescue efforts. But those avalanches didn't appear to be on the same scale as those that came roaring down on the camp Saturday. The base camp on the Nepal side of Everest is in a vulnerable spot, sitting in a valley surrounded by high Himalayan peaks. When the huge, lengthy quake struck Saturday, the scores of climbers who had gathered there to prepare for or recover from ascents of the peak had nowhere to run but to be trapped by the snow. Efforts are being done to assist in the tally count on missing and or dead however the avalanches are preventing anything from being done.

Waka Flocka, age 28, does not meet the age requirements to run for president (presidential candidates must be at least 35 years of age). This however, does allow time for Flocka to establish himself in the political realm before the 2024 presidential elections. 4. Cecily Strong strong spoke at the White House Correspondents' Dinner this weekend. She might be loved a comedian and actress, but that didn't stop her from shielding her thoughts towards the government. She talked about racial issues, injustices, and women's rights. Her witty comments are flooding twitter and other social media sites. The White House hasn't seen this kinda of direct comedy since Colbert was in the GWB. I think what she did was pretty cool and I hope that more people take these hot topics to formal events like this. Cecily Strong will probably gain a lot of respect from this event.

  5. The list for the happiest countries in the world has just recently been released. Switzerland, Iceland, Denmark, Norway, Canada, Finland, the Netherlands, Sweden, New Zealand, and Australia. Not making it way into the top 10 was the U.S. who landed in the number 15 spot. The U.S. which is suppose to be the most prosperous and best country in the world is not happy. With all the crime, violence, poverty, unjust, and overall conflict the U.S. can not be considered the best country anymore. We need to fix these problems so the people in this country can be happy again.

Strike out on enough top-tier selections and your pink slip could be just around the corner. Since the NFL and AFL began drafting together in 1967, football fans have witnessed numerous would-be franchise saviors flaming out in epic fashion. Some rise to the top of the "historical busts" list.

  59. President George W. Bush's former spokesman Ari Fleischer -- who was the one to question Bush during a weekend event -- pushed back strongly on Monday against media reports that Bush criticized President Barack Obama's foreign policy on Iran and ISIS.
Bush spoke Saturday night before a closed-door meeting of wealthy donors at a Republican Jewish Coalition summit, offering up how he would handle top foreign policy issues from Iran to ISIS as he fielded questions from Fleischer, who was press secretary at the outset of Bush's presidency.
The event was closed to the press and supposed to be off the record. But media reports quoting attendees gave the impression that Bush was changing his long-standing policy as ex-president of staying out of the political fray.
READ: With donors on his mind, Ted Cruz heads to Vegas
While the former president offered a stark contrast to Obama's foreign policy, he never directly criticized Obama or his policies, Fleischer told CNN. Bush did say, though, that the U.S. should not lift sanctions on Iran, months before Obama hopes to sign a final nuclear deal with Iran that would do just that, Fleischer and another attendee told CNN.
Fleischer, who serves on the Republican Jewish Coalition board, explained that he asked Bush how he would tackle foreign policy if he were still president, but that Bush took pains not to go after Obama directly.
"He never mentioned Obama. He gave direct, blunt answers to the hottest topics of the day involving politics of the Middle East," Fleischer told CNN.

  65. I think the first two games, it was more about the Memphis defense holding Portland’s offense down. Saturday was different, it was a fluid Grizzlies offense that started out on an 11-3 run and hung 62 points on the Trail Blazers in the first half Saturday was a 115-109 Memphis win on the road that has the Grizzlies up 3-0 in the series. No NBA team has ever come back from 3-0 down to win a series.

  66. President Barack Obama on Tuesday condemned the unrest in Baltimore, said there's no excuse for the kind of violence that we saw yesterday.
When individuals get crowbars and start prying open doors to loot, they're not protesting. They're not making a statement. They're stealing," he said. "When they burn down a building, they're committing arson. And they're destroying and undermining businesses and opportunities in their own communities. That robs jobs and opportunity from people in that area

  67. Many people are distraught after uncovering that presidential election candidate Waka Flocka Flame is too young to run for President. Waka Flocka, age 28, does not meet the age requirements to run for president (presidential candidates must be at least 35 years of age). This however, does allow time for Flocka to establish himself in the political realm before the 2024 presidential elections. I feel it is best for Flocka to wait to run for president and instead strengthen his political presence and solidify his future presidential campaign.

Tattoos should not be legal for anyone under the age of 21. Many young-adults have not completely considered the permanence of a tattoo and how it can affect their lives.

  82. today, The dirty little secret of the 2016 campaign is that would-be candidates like Bush and Walker in particular can use super PACs, campaign accounts that allow unlimited contributions, to raise millions of dollars as long as they aren't official candidates. Until someone like Bush, Walker or New Jersey Gov. Christie formally declares for president, they are legally permitted to personally ask for money for a super PAC that will ultimately benefit their campaign. But once they formally acknowledge their candidacy, a legal wall goes up between the candidate and the super PAC that supports them.
