  1. Yesterday morning, the US ran the 4x100 relay, but when we were passing the baton and Brazilian runner accidentally hit the baton and we dropped the baton. Later the evening, a ruling was made where the US would redo the event and Brazil was disqualified. The US won and moved on to the qualifying finals.

  3. The us women 4*10 run in the Rio Olympics the second leg runner Allyson Felix was hit.A Brazilian runner making her trip and mess up the baton pass. It does not look like she meant to but the us was expected to not qualify for the next round at that point. Lucky they where allowed to putting them eligible for the next round.

Usain Bolt has done it again by getting another gold medal. This one was for the men's 200. Although he beat his record by .09 seconds, he said he still wanted to run faster

  16. Thursday night at the Rio Olympics Usain Bolt showed us once again that he was and still is the world's greatest sprinter. Bolt placed first and took home the gold for winning the 200 meter race. Bolt told CNN that he was, " looking forward to taking home gold in the 4x100m relay. He is the only Olympian that can make the whole stadium shot his name. He a legend in the making.

  17. Usain Bolt has sustained an injury in the Rio Olympics. His hamstring was injured after the 400m race. He re-injured his hamstring in the 100m and 200m dash. Bolt's had this injury before a couple years ago. Bolt is ready to get back out there and start training again. He holds the world record for 200m, 100m, and 4x100m.

  19. Ryan Lochte lied about him and three other swimmers being robbed at gun point. camera footage shows him and the other three suspects leaving the restroom at a gas station. Gas station employees say after the gentlemen left the bathroom was vandalized. Two of the swimmers boarded a plane back to the states, while the other couldn't get away so soon without a punishment.

  22. Simone Biles won a gold medal in the floor exercise division. This makes the fourth gold medal that she has won in the Rio Olympics. She is such a talented young lady. On the other hand, a set of German twin girls were accused of cheating in a relay race for the Olympics. They were holding hands down to the finish line but the finished in two different places.

  27. It was a bizarre day on the track in Rio. On Thursday morning the second leg was about to hand off her baton to her teammate. Just as she was about to pass the baton Allyson Felix was hit by a Brazilian runner. Felix was okay and was uplifted by her fans cheering and encouraging her.

  29. Two Olympians falsely reported a robbery and is now being indicted. Ryan Lochte and James Feigen were indicted Thursday morning in Rio de Janeiro. The Olympians claimed they were held at gun point, it was further investigated and it was proven to be false. Rio police watched security footage and found that they were not held at gunpoint at any point but they found that the Olympians had vandalized a gas station bathroom.

Last night in the Olympics u.s runners Allison Felix, English garner, Tianna Barletta and Morolake Akinosun were barely placed in the finals, but because of a re-run they were granted there spot in the finals. on the first run Allison was bumped and was tripped out of her way to pass the baton to her partner English garner. the ladies did not give up there. Allison quoted to reporters that she knew that they had to finish in order to protest that she was tripped.the ladies finished there race and re-ran and beat the times of all countries who ran that race.

Rio is holding some american Olympic swimmers from leaving the country. the swimmers exaggerated the truth to slide by the cracks to try to get back to the U.S. but only one got to get back.he and the other swimmers are being charged with vandalizing a gas station. they could get up to 6 months in jail but the more realistic option is they pay a fine or helping the community. they may have ruined there reputation if they go back to Rio.

  37. In yesterday's 4x100 relay the women's US team were almost disqualified due to the fact that Felix dropped the baton. Felix stated that Brazil's runner bumped into her throwing her off making her drop the baton. They protested and was able to run their own race for the outside lane. They ran the best time and qualified to go on.

Simone Biles is incredibly humble for someone who just won four gold medals and one bronze in Rio. All she can talk about are her teammates, who she calls her sisters. Even though her teammates are getting criticized, Biles didn't say much on the subject, other than noting that the team sticks up for each other "no matter what." With the support, coupled with their talent and success, sets a great example for girls who look up to the team -- and that means a lot to Biles.

Just as she was about to pass the baton, Felix was hit by a Brazilian runner who veered into the US lane. It caused Felix to trip, bungling the exchange. In reality though, they trashed the place and lied, fortunately the Brazilian police realized that there words and the trashed gas station didn't match up.   100. The USA Men's Basketball team is scheduled to play in the finals on Sunday, August 21, 2016. They are most likely going to win because they dominated every other national teams. They are scheduled to play Serbia. They beat every team by at least 15 points.

  101. Ryan Lotche lied about being robbed at gun point at a gas station. Everybody believed him until we saw surveillance at the gas station. Lotche has lost alot of endorsements from big companies.

His ability to deliver with the world watching shows he deserves to be ranked among the true greats of sport. Bolt has made a habit of making victory look easy since exploding onto the global scene in 2008. This was his slowest 200m time in a major final since 2008. Bolt seems to have the end on his mind. after previously saying he would retire after the next World Championships.Nice Experience
