He brings awareness to the issues and etc . Stanley Kubrick because he touches on edgy subjects and because you have to cypher and figure out what the movie is about and exposing . You have to be into conspiracy theories to like him . If not i wouldnt suggest watching his movies .

Michael Bay is one of my favorite directors because his movies are always action-packed and fun to watch. He's directed the Transformers series, Nightmare on Elm Street, and countless others. Jon Favreau is another one of my favorite directors because you can see the work that he puts into his movies. Most of the time, he gives himself a role in his movies like the Iron Man series, Elf, etc. Both directors make entertaining movies for the whole family.
Quentin Tarantino is a personal favorite director of mine. Django unchained was one of the movies he directed and his style is different and can be distinguished from others. Todd Philips is another one of my favorites he directed the Hangover 3 and added such realism to an unrealistic story.

Steven Spielberg has directed some of the most loved movies of all time; the Jurassic World series, the Indiana Jones movies, and other classics like E.T and Catch Me if You Can. Steven Spielberg is a world renowned director for movies such as this. He's also one of the more well known directors of our time. Catch Me if You Can is probably my personal favorite (but that may just be biased towards Leonardo DiCaprio). Tim Burton is also one of the most well known directors of our time, due to his weird and creepy style that our generation sort of loves. His directed movies include the Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, The Corpse Bride, and the live versions of Alice in Wonderland. I loved the Alice in Wonderland movies but again, I may just be biased towards Johnny Depp.

With movies out like pulp fiction and django he probably is one the best directors of all time. Most of his movies have and revenge or western theme. Another director who i like is James Wan his horror movies like the conjuring 1 & 2, insidious, and Annabelle that have changed the horror movie game . His style creates suspension and causes true fear in the viewer.

Steven Spielberg and John Ford as my favorite movie directors.I appreciate and enjoy Steven Spielberg by how he is creative in film and knows that what he does is a big effect. Especially on his income which made him the richest director but also how he was once a gained notoriety by just being an assistant to becoming a big deal producer/ movie maker. Its encouragement to see if you want something, you don't need to quit if its hard but strive for more and take more chances that lead me to my goals.His movies inspire many but also can get to your emotional side to curtain subjects of fear like from the movie "Jaws" but be funny and adventurous like "The Goonies".
Now on the other hand, my second favorite is John Ford which was one the most respected producers/ directors which won him six Oscars and four academy awards. He had no clue which his life didn't really see where he was going in the business of Hollywood that would provide but once he found the career he made his time worth while. Starting little did John but while progressing to assistant to co-producer to creating his own, he went through challenges that every human will or has faced but worked through them and didn't let them hold him back from the career as wanted.
The first film director I chose is famous for a lot of movies I'm pretty sure most people have heard of. Transformers, Ouija, Bad Boys, The Purge, or one of his most recent movies, Ouija:Origin of Evil. The director I chose, if you haven't guessed already, is no one other than Michael Bay himself. I'm a big fan of many of his movies, most as a matter of fact. I believe he has great ideas, like with Nightmare on Elm Street. He seems to be able to make an action packed movie out of anything and they also have very good quality and amazing actors/actresses
The other film director I chose is the man that created some of my favorite childhood movies. Beetlejuice, James and the Giant Peach, Edward Scissor hands,The Nightmare Before Christmas. They were all directed by Mr.Tim Burton himself. I really like his style of making things kinda creepy, kinda scary, while still making a good, enjoyable, family movie. He also worked with Michael Bay, as a matter of fact as a Cinematographer in the movie "Star Kid" .

A famous movie director that I like is Timothy Kevin, also known as "Tim."Timothy directed one of my favorite movies, "Think Like A Man Too." The reason I love this movie so much is because it tells multiple stories such as love, friendship, money and family. While I don't enjoy slavery movies he made this comical, heart wrenching, and action -packed all at once.I look forward to watching his most recent movie Suicide Squad.

I like him because he has great directing skills and Maleficent was honestly a bomb movie. Stromberg has won over 10 awards due to his work on films. He has been nominated and won, an Academy Award, Emmy, BAFTA, etc. James Wan is my personal all time favorite famous director. Wan has directed films such as Insidious, Insidious 2, The Conjuring 2, Furious 7, etc. He has such amazing directing skills, that he directs some of the biggest films in North America and Asia. Although he has only won one award during his career, he is still one of the best directors in my opinion.

James Cameron is one of my favorite movie directors because he can muster up a multi-billion dollar movie while being practically broke (The Terminator) and also get most of his ideas for creatures/monsters/characters from his dreams and nightmares. Ridley Scott is one of my favorite movie directors because he usually makes a movie that portrays a meaning, although at times the meaning may be confusing. Various movies he directed are: Gladiator, Prometheus, Alien (1979), Exodus: Gods and Kings, The Martian and many more. I aspire to make my movie in such a way that it is both iconic and conveys a meaning, in other words i aspire to be a movie director and producer that makes movies that are a combination of these to brilliant and amazing directors.

He's also a big fan of the Knicks just as I am and he attends every game I hope I could do the same. On the other hand, my other director I choose is Tyler Perry. Tyler Perry is famous for his films, " Tyler Perry's The Family That Prey's", "MMadea's Family Reunion", and many more films he has produced. I like him personally because he is another black director and this is my goal in life so I hope I could be like him. His movies are very at least every one that i have watched. Two of my favorite movie producers are Ryan Coogler and Gabriele Muccino. Ryan Coogler was the director of both Creed. Creed is a fictional movie about the son of Apollo Creed who is trying to make a name for himself in the boxing world. I like this movie because the soundtracks and music that is used fits every scene perfectly. It is also great to see African Americans star in big films like Creed. Gabriele Muccino is the director of The Pursuit of Happiness. This is one of my favorite movies because of how emotional and sad the movie is. The acting of Will Smith and Jaden Smith is also another reason why I really like this movie.

He is also the co-founder of DreamWork Studios. He started his career in 1969. A notable film he directed is Jaws. Jaws was nearly shut-down because of delays and not enough budget but, he continued and finished the film. It was a big hit and he earned 3 academy awards for it which is editing, sound and original score.

Another one of my favorite actors is Tyler Perry. He makes movies about himself and Madea movies. One of my favorite movies by him is Madea Goes To Jail, I like it because it's funny and has violent scenes.
One of my favorite directors is Tim story. he in my opinion a good director because he has directed great movies like ride along and ride along 2. He has also been nominated for best director three times. He makes good movies and is a great director.
Another great director of mine is Hype Williams. He has made a lot of great movies. He has made belly and have directed many music videos.He has won two awards and has been nominated for four. He is a great director of many talents.
James Cameron and are two of my favorite movie directors. This is because of their brilliant minds and their ability to bring films to life. James Cameron has directed several brilliant movies. For example, Avatar and Titanic were two movies he directed that I love. He won best director and picture for both movies. Another one of my favorite directors is Kenny Ortega. DIRECTOR OF THE GREATEST MOVIES...such as the High School Musical series, This Is It, and Hocus Pocus! He has won 3 Primetime emmys and Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Children's Programs. Both of these directors work very hard to direct some amazing films.

I choose Spike Lee because I like his movie Inside Man and the movie He Got Game. Spike lee first made conversation in the movie world after his debut directorial movie "She's Gotta Have It", which he starred in himself playing Mars Blackmon. He has received many Oscar because of these.
Also I love Tyler Perry movies , he's one of my favorite actors and directors . Some of his movies are " Diary of a Black Women" and " Madea goes to Jail " and " No Good Deed " . He is very funny and creative . That's why I like their work .

Tyler Perry has produced some of the funniest movies ever such as A Madea Christmas, Madea Goes to Jail,etc. My second favorite producer is Kevin Hart he has produced alot of funny movies such as Ride Along, Think Like A Man, and About Last Night etc.I like these two producers because they both create funny movies and entertaining movies.

Steven Spielberg is a world renowned director for movies such as this. He's also one of the more well known directors of our time. Catch Me if You Can is probably my personal favorite (but that may just be biased towards Leonardo DiCaprio). Tim Burton is also one of the most well known directors of our time, due to his weird and creepy style that our generation sort of loves. His directed movies include the Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, The Corpse Bride, and the live versions of Alice in Wonderland. I loved the Alice in Wonderland movies but again, I may just be biased towards Johnny Depp.
My favorite movie directors are Stanley Kubrick , And Spike Lee . I Like Spike Lee Because he makes movies that touch on racial issues and issues going on in citys . He brings awareness to the issues and etc . Stanley Kubrick because he touches on edgy subjects and because you have to cypher and figure out what the movie is about and exposing . Quentin Tarantino is a personal favorite director of mine. Django unchained was one of the movies he directed and his style is different and can be distinguished from others. Todd Philips is another one of my favorites he directed the Hangover 3 and added such realism to an unrealistic story.

Quentin Tarantino is one of the best directors in this generation. His portrayal of violence, gore, and great story telling are some of the things that make him who he is today. With movies out like pulp fiction and django he probably is one the best directors of all time. Most of his movies have and revenge or western theme. Another director who i like is James Wan his horror movies like the conjuring 1 & 2, insidious, and Annabelle that have changed the horror movie game . His style creates suspension and causes true fear in the viewer.

He stars in it with Chris Tucker. He also makes family movies such as Are We There Yet and Are We Done Yet. He has done a lot over the years and is still progressing and making and starring in more movies.
I like the movie directors Ridley Scott, and James Cameron because Ridley brings the real science into the stories like in "The Martian" he shows how to survive on Mars using science and on Avatar, James shows how important the ecosystem is especially to other creatures.

Another reason why I like him is, he's a very successful individual and a great role model for other people in the world. ReplyDeleteOprah Winfrey is another one of my favorite producers. She is multi talented. She is a producer, actress, philanthropist, and media proprietor. The movies that I have seen that were produced/directed by her are mostly dramas.
Steven Spielberg & Peter Jackson have made some pretty good movies in their lifetime. we have Steven to thank for Indiana Jones and Schindler list. 2 completely different movies yet still manages to easily be one of his bests. Steven's craft really knows no bounds.

He's also my favorite because he's director of one of my all time favorite movies, "The Color Purple." Spielberg captured great scenes and made the movie very lively. Steven Spielberg and John Ford as my favorite movie directors.I appreciate and enjoy Steven Spielberg by how he is creative in film and knows that what he does is a big effect. Especially on his income which made him the richest director but also how he was once a gained notoriety by just being an assistant to becoming a big deal producer/ movie maker. Its encouragement to see if you want something, you don't need to quit if its hard but strive for more and take more chances that lead me to my goals.His movies inspire many but also can get to your emotional side to curtain subjects of fear like from the movie "Jaws" but be funny and adventurous like "The Goonies".
ReplyDeleteNow on the other hand, my second favorite is John Ford which was one the most respected producers/ directors which won him six Oscars and four academy awards. He had no clue which his life didn't really see where he was going in the business of Hollywood that would provide but once he found the career he made his time worth while. Starting little did John but while progressing to assistant to co-producer to creating his own, he went through challenges that every human will or has faced but worked through them and didn't let them hold him back from the career as wanted.
The first film director I chose is famous for a lot of movies I'm pretty sure most people have heard of. Transformers, Ouija, Bad Boys, The Purge, or one of his most recent movies, Ouija:Origin of Evil. The director I chose, if you haven't guessed already, is no one other than Michael Bay himself. I'm a big fan of many of his movies, most as a matter of fact. I believe he has great ideas, like with Nightmare on Elm Street. He seems to be able to make an action packed movie out of anything and they also have very good quality and amazing actors/actresses
ReplyDeleteThe other film director I chose is the man that created some of my favorite childhood movies. Beetlejuice, James and the Giant Peach, Edward Scissor hands,The Nightmare Before Christmas. They were all directed by Mr.Tim Burton himself. I really like his style of making things kinda creepy, kinda scary, while still making a good, enjoyable, family movie. He also worked with Michael Bay, as a matter of fact as a Cinematographer in the movie "Star Kid" .

I like Will Smith because he has a motivational part in most of his movies that can really touch somebody.Most of his movies are basically showing to never give up and don't let nobody stop from what you believe in. The 1990 classic and sequel is so good people still watch no matter how old the films are. His thriller movie JAWS had me on the edge of my set the first time watching. Im really into horror movies and a huge shark that eats humans im sold!! Lastly, another drama that was well attracted was The Color Purple. The Color Purple was more for the mature adult audience. So, Tyler Perry and Steven Speilburg BOTH set the bar high for upcoming directors.

ReplyDeleteI enjoy watching Quentin Tarantino movies more than any other directors because his actually have a point. He can alternate from action-packed movies filled with blood and gore to a more serious dramatic movie. One of my favorite movies of Tarantino's is Django Unchained. While I don't enjoy slavery movies he made this comical, heart wrenching, and action -packed all at once.I look forward to watching his most recent movie Suicide Squad.
Tim Burton is also one of my favorite because he is more on the creative side of things. He made of of my childhood favorites: The Nightmare Before Christmas.Tim makes a lot of claymations. I can appreciate this because these kinds of movies are not easy to make it is a very tedious process. I like how all his movies tell a story and make you fell like your in a fairy tale.

ReplyDeleteFor instance, the first horror movie that i ever watched was Jaws. Jaws was directed by Steven Speilberg which came out to be one of the biggest hits of all time. You might be thinking like oh that was so long ago its 2016 but to this day Mr. Speilberg is making hit films. Some of which are; The BFG and Bridge of Spys. His thrillers are also some of the best, like Jurrasic park which is one of the most famous movies of all time. He is overall one of my favorites.
NOw on to Mr. Perry, Tyler Perry is not only known for directing films but also starring in them. Perry play a role in most of his movies. Whether its a world famous Madea movie or a romance filled with comedy he can always be counted on for the job a a director or even an actor. Overall Tyler Perry and Steven Speilberg will forever be two of my favorites in the industry.
Robert Stromberg (51), and James Wan (39), are two famous movie directors that i take an interest in. Robert Stromberg is known in the film industry for his movie Maleficent. I like him because he has great directing skills and Maleficent was honestly a bomb movie. Stromberg has won over 10 awards due to his work on films. He has been nominated and won, an Academy Award, Emmy, BAFTA, etc.

Wan has directed films such as Insidious, Insidious 2, The Conjuring 2, Furious 7, etc. He has such amazing directing skills, that he directs some of the biggest films in North America and Asia. Although he has only won one award during his career, he is still one of the best directors in my opinion.

The Hateful Eight is about a bounty hunter and his prisoner find shelter in a cabin filled with many characters. Quentin directed and produced many movies, from the early 1990s and still continues to make movies today.

My two favorite movie directors are James Cameron and Ridley Scott. James Cameron is know for his iconic movies that are nominated for multiple Oscar awards, notable movie he directed and produced were: Aliens (1986 sequel to Ridley Scott's Alien), The Terminator 1 and 2 (judgement day), Titanic (the movie that everyone except Leonardo Decaprio won an Oscar for although playing and conveying a very good character), Avatar, and many more. James Cameron is one of my favorite movie directors because he can muster up a multi-billion dollar movie while being practically broke (The Terminator) and also get most of his ideas for creatures/monsters/characters from his dreams and nightmares.
ReplyDeleteRidley Scott is one of my favorite movie directors because he usually makes a movie that portrays a meaning, although at times the meaning may be confusing. Various movies he directed are: Gladiator, Prometheus, Alien (1979), Exodus: Gods and Kings, The Martian and many more. I aspire to make my movie in such a way that it is both iconic and conveys a meaning, in other words i aspire to be a movie director and producer that makes movies that are a combination of these to brilliant and amazing directors.
Spike Lee (59), and Tyler Perry (46), two very famous movie directors that i like. Spike Lee is famous from films like "Crooklyn", "Malcolm X", and many more films that he had produce. I like him because he gives me inspiration to not give up on your dreams and I hope I can be like him one day. I also like spike because of his films in his films they give me inspiration as well. He's also a big fan of the Knicks just as I am and he attends every game I hope I could do the same.

Tyler Perry is famous for his films, " Tyler Perry's The Family That Prey's", "MMadea's Family Reunion", and many more films he has produced. I like him personally because he is another black director and this is my goal in life so I hope I could be like him. His movies are very at least every one that i have watched. The two directors that i have chosen are Spike Lee and Tyler Perry, two of the most successful African American directors. Spike Lee is the most successful and well known black director working today. He turned heads with his first feature film "She's Gotta Have It", in 1986. He does not shy away from the controversial and provocative elements in his films. He is a pioneer for other African American movie makers, which is why he is so respected in the industry.

But it wasn't until his 2000 play, "I Can Do Bad All By Myself" that his notorious character, Madea. He didn't only limit himself to plays he also expanded to doing TV and film. turning one of his films into the TBS series Tyler Perry’s House of Payne, which landed Perry a 100-episode deal worth $200 million after the pilot episode aired to strong ratings. He has received flack from Spike Lee who refers to his work as "buffoonery", but that does not change the fact that there will always be an audience for Tyler Perry's work. This is why he's one of my favorites.

He created intellectual properties such as Star Wars. His movies have a taste for the fantastical or unimaginable. ReplyDeleteTwo of my favorite movie producers are Ryan Coogler and Gabriele Muccino. Ryan Coogler was the director of both Creed. Creed is a fictional movie about the son of Apollo Creed who is trying to make a name for himself in the boxing world. I like this movie because the soundtracks and music that is used fits every scene perfectly. It is also great to see African Americans star in big films like Creed. Gabriele Muccino is the director of The Pursuit of Happiness. This is one of my favorite movies because of how emotional and sad the movie is. The acting of Will Smith and Jaden Smith is also another reason why I really like this movie.

DeleteMy two favorite movie directors are Steven Spielberg and Christopher Nolan.Steven Spielberg is a successful director and he has directed films like Jaws and Saving Private Ryan. He is also the co-founder of DreamWork Studios. He started his career in 1969. A notable film he directed is Jaws. Jaws was nearly shut-down because of delays and not enough budget but, he continued and finished the film. It was a big hit and he earned 3 academy awards for it which is editing, sound and original score.

Lawrence has not limited himself to flim producing, he is also a flim director, television producer, television director, and music video director. He's best known for directing three of the four films in the Hunger Games movie series.
ReplyDeleteMy second favorite movie director is Robert Zemeckis. He's directed all 3 of the Back to The Future movies, Forrest Gump, The Polar Express, and A Christmas Carol. Zemeckis' first break through movie was Forrest Gump. The movie grossed $677 million worldwide during its run in 1994, and is still a classic till this day.
One of the directors that I like is Ryan Kyle Coogler , he made the movie The Creed. He had directed his first feature film in 2013, the movie Fruitvale Station. After that movie , he had then won the Grand Jury Prize and the Audience Award for U.S. dramatic film at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival. He has an upcoming movie named Black Panther , which is coming out in 2018. He has made 2.1 short films and 2.2 featured films. His movie Fruitvale Station had then ended up on Netfix , while his movie The Creed was sold out in all movie theaters at one point in life.

Like Love & Basketball , Disappearing Acts, Biker Boyz , The Secret Life Of Bees , Our Family Wedding ,Before I Fall , Daddys Girl , What About Your Friends and Shots Fired. ReplyDeleteSteven Spielberg is another director that Ive chosen. Steven Spielberg started off filming western movies like his first film in 1957 called Wagon Train. In 1975 he came out with Jaws. It was a huge hit. later on in 1982 he filmed E.T extra Terrestrial which is a classic.
My favorite two director would be Hiyao Miyazaki and Alex Hirsch for their most popular movies and shows. One of Hiyao movies that I loved as a kid was " Spirit Away". If you ask me what the theme was about, I would say in my opinion it was about how you're growing up and you can't always be spoil and dependent to get what you want. And if you want that "thing" you been trying to get, you will have to work hard for it, independently. The arts and the value of their artwork really captivated me.

The theme of that show are always unpredictable to me, but it does give out some life advises and some real life decision process. I don't know how but a kid cartoons are always give you emotion and life lesson. That really allure my attention and as the two teenage kids goes out in town to find out what really happen to their towns and what the cause of it somehow bring me inspiration.

ReplyDeleteAt the start of Tim Burton's career he was an animator for Disney, but after a short period of time he pursued the field of directing, producing,and screen writing. His most successful film was Batman (1989), which became the first film to sell millions of dollars in a little over a week. My three favorite movies from him is "The Nighmare Before Christmas", "Edward Scissorhands", and "Charlie and the Choclate Factory". Those are my favorite because I appreciated the creativity of them and as a child, they supported my imagination.
Steven Spielberg developed strong interest in directing/film making when he was a young child. The film "Duel"(1972) launched him into the professional business. My favorite movies that he has been apart of are "E.T" and "The Color Purple". I liked these movies because of the strong life messages behind them.
I like Woody Allen as an director because his movies are mostly done is New York City and I like this City so that's why I like him. Some of his movies are Manhattan(1979), Cafe Society(2016) and Blue Jasmine(2013). For example the movie Blue Jasmine is about a housewife in New York City and she has a crisis to fix.

So movies he directed are American Sniper(2014), Gran Torino(2008) and Million Dollar Baby(2004). His movies are mostly about men who are struggling to overcome their past and atone for their mistakes. In some of his films they show at least one variation of sexual assault.
Tim Burton is my favorite director. I love all his movies even though some of them are in cartoon and are for little kids.Some of the movies he made that I like are Caroline,and The Corpse Bride.Most of his movies are kinda in clay and I think that is so cool.He really puts a lot of hard work in making his movies,also making a movie out of clay takes almost a year.Some of this movies are kinda creepy,scary, and very interesting.Most of them are played during halloween. The first movie director that I’m going to write about is called James Cameron. He was born in Canada and he found success with The Terminator in 1984. But his biggest film was Titanic. I wanted to talk about him because Titanic is one of my favorite movies. Another well-known film that he directed was Avatar. In my opinion is an amazing movie. He directed the two first Harry Potter movies (Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets). Those two movies in my opinion are very good and I’m a big Harry Potter fan. He also directed other movies like Night at the Museum and Percy Jackson’s films.

Spike Lee and Tyler Perry have made numerous milestones when it comes to film in the african american culture. Spike lee first made conversation in the movie world after his debut directorial movie "She's Gotta Have It",which he starred in himself playing Mars Blackmon. After numerous films sparking the 1900's, Mr.lee became known for creating raw, un-cut movies that depicted the real world. Discussing racal issues , government issues and much more.

He became more noticed in the music scene after his break out character , Madea, starred in "The Diary of a Mad Black woman" .This estranged, loud , urban lady depicted the over exaggerated "gangster grandma". This character brought in over 2 million for Tyler perry which only doubled from that movie and on.
The like I have for these two directors is due to the fact that they use film to speak to the world. They use the films to display to the public eye what terrors are taking place in this world and how we need to solve it. Films like that these days are hard to come across. Directors tend to "sugar-coat' certain topics in the world for public entertainment, while on the other end Spike lee never sugar coated and yet made over 7 million dollars and is still to this day adding on.Directors these days also are like "one hit wonders' . They put out one movie and you never see them again. Tyler Perry has built an empire off of one single character and more and is still producing movies with one coming out in October. Despite the remarks of people saying his movies are corny, numbers show his corny movies are still bringing people to the box offices and putting more money in his pockets. These two directors definitely without a doubt are my favorite.

ReplyDeleteMy two favorite directors/creators are Stan Lee and Spike Lee. Spike Lee is responsible for majority of the superhero movies that we love to see today. From Spider-man to Captain America and so on, he has created very versatile movies. In the opposing genre Spike Lee has created relate able movies that people can use as motivation to get out of the positions they are in.

His name is Eugenio Derbez and so far he has starred and helped film Instructions Not Included and was part of the cast Miracles from Heaven even though he was not director or producer. Both films made me a cry immensely so I will say they are some of my favorites by him.
Spike Lee . I Like Spike Lee Because he makes movies that touch on racial issues and issues going on in citys . He brings awareness to the issues. ReplyDeleteJohn Lasseter. Obviously, Disney/Pixar films are different than live-action films, but Lasseter is a genius. Disney/Pixar films are enjoyable for audiences of all ages, and they're generally brilliant (aside from Cars 2 and Brave, but that's another story).
ReplyDeleteSofia Coppola is one of my favorite directors and "Lost in Translation" is my all-time favorite film. She shoots in a way that the character usually doesn't reside in the center of the frame. Even if there is only one character in the screen (or especially if there's only one), she leaves the character on the sides of the screen and shoots as much of the background and foreground as possible.

A famous movie directer that I like is spike lee. I like his style of movies. I like how he is an old head and seen a lot. His production company, 40 Acres and a Mule Film works has produced over 35 films since 1983.spike's movies have showed race relations, colorism in the black community.

In her films her style shows love.After five years working in TV as a writer on shows like A Different World and South Central, Prince-Bythewood wrote her first film, 2000's Love & Basketball.In my opinion the best. The film was developed at the Sundance Institute's directing and writing lab.
One director that i like is, Kenny Ortega. He directed all tree of the High School Musical movies.The 3 movies are romantic comedy-drama films. After the 3 films, he directed a spin off film, called Sharpy's fabulous adventure.
ReplyDeleteAnother director i like is, Sean McNamara. He directed soul surfer. This was a movie based on a true story about how a young surfers arm was bit of by a shark, and yet she still continued to surf. He was able to make it so that the movie was emotional, suspenseful, and many other things.

ReplyDeleteMicheal Bay is one of the most creative directors i know. He made transformers movies that i really like. They are funny and interesting to see.
One of the first movie directors that comes to mind is Michael Bay. Michael Bay is responsible for creating wonderful action films like Transformers. The movies that he made went on to gross millions of dollars. Another one of the movie directors that I frequently watch is John Singleton, who has done movies like Boyz in The Hood. Poetic Justice, and many more.

Gary made movies like Friday, Straight Outta Compton and his currently directing Fast 8 , all those being one of my favorite movies and movie series. Friday has the ability to make me laugh , and Straight Outta Compton shows the struggles the of what the black community had facing with the rising and the falling of Compton. Im also a fan of old school rap/hip hop.

ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite movie directors is O'Shea Jackson. I like his movies for three main reasons. The first reason is that the story lines are very interesting. Another reason is that his movies focus on unfortunate minority lifestyles. The last reason is that they are very funny.

Steven Spielberg is one of my favorite movie directors. He produced the Color Purple which was written by Alice Walker, in 1985. That is one of mine and my grandmother's favorites along with Saving Private Ryan, Twister, and Super 8. He was awarded an Oscar for Best director for Saving Private Ryan.

Most of his movies are heart-felt, comedic, and something you can relate to. His net worth is $400 million.
One of my favorite movie directors would be Olivier Megaton. he directed all three of the taken movies. I enjoyed them because they were suspenseful yet very action packed. The scenes were all filled with very good action and scenarios which left the watcher on edge wondering what was going to happen.

Steven Spielberg has directed some of the most loved movies of all time; the Jurassic World series, the Indiana Jones movies, and other classics like E.T and Catch Me if You Can. Steven Spielberg is a world renowned director for movies such as this. He's also one of the more well known directors of our time. Catch Me if You Can is probably my personal favorite (but that may just be biased towards Leonardo DiCaprio).

His directed movies include the Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, The Corpse Bride, and the live versions of Alice in Wonderland. I loved the Alice in Wonderland movies but again, I may just be biased towards Johnny Depp.
